For more intensity, apply an eyeshadow of the same color on top and blend again. - On the eye contour as an eyeliner: highlight your upper lash line directly with the tip of your pencil, previously sharpened to obtain a precise line. - Inside the eye: slightly pull the underside of your eye and slide the pencil along the inner edge.
