Where can I buy black Up products?

Black Up products are sold in more than 100 points of sell in France such as Sephora, Nocibé, Marionnaud and other resellers. You can also buy the products on our website www.blackup.com. To find a Black Up point of sell got to the store locator page.

Do you ship abroad?

We do ship worldwide on our online store www.blackup.com. However, United Kingdom is taken in charge on www.blackup.co.uk and the United States on www.blackupcosmetics.com 

Do you deliver PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver PO boxes/ Thank you for providing a real postal address.

What happens when one items of my order is no longer available?

Your order will be ship without the item mentionned. Our customer service will then contact you to proceed to the refund or replacement of the missing item. For more information please contact our customer service : service-conso@blackup.com

What are the payment methods available?

Here are the payment methods available on our website www.blackup.com : Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Each order can be controlled and submitted for validation by our customer service.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email, then a preparation email, and finally a tracking number to follow your order.

What is your return policy?

In the case that you receive a damaged product, we will process to a replacement.You just need to send it back with the invoice whithin 3 weekds after delivery. For other cases, products have to be returned in their original conditionning and packing process. Not opened as mentionned in the General Sales Conditions policy online.

Where can I learn how to use your products?

Unfortunately, our brand do not provide makeup lessons. You can find all of our application tips on our product sheets on the website, on our Youtube Channel and in store.

Why my favorite product is no longer sold?

Sometimes, we stop some ranges or products and have some new ones coming. They may be sold again during private sale or exclusive offers. If not, we kindly invite you to discover the new products.

I have a concern about a product formula. Who do I talk to?

You can find the products formula on the packagings or on the website. If you want more details, or specific questions, please feel free to contact our customer service at : service-conso@blackup.com

Do you offer samples?

You can order samples directly on the website in the "Samples" category.

Samples are free, but delivery is not. You can also go to a store and get some tips from our make up Artists.

How do I have access to my personal data?

What do I need to do if I forgot my password?

Click on the log in button in the top right corner of the page then click on "Forgot my password". Is there a pro loyalty program, if yes, how do I apply?
